Mark will personally produce designs for your project and guide you through the design process.

We tailor the level of service to meet your requirements.

For a standard house extension we can offer a ‘plan drawing service’ and submit to the local authority for approval leaving you to organise the build process.

Alternatively for larger projects we can deal with the whole
project from start to finish.

If you are happy with the quotation we will arrange to visit site and carryout a measured survey of your property and discuss your brief and the project in more detail.

After a short period, usually a few weeks we will visit site again to discuss our sketch schemes and explain  the options available to you.

When you are happy with the scheme, we will produce computer generated drawings for planning & building regulations and submit the applications to the local council on your behalf responding to any issues that may arise.

If required we can continue to produce more detailed design information (interiors, lighting, etc) and assist you in obtaining builders quotations , inspecting the works on site and guiding you through to completion.
